Who Owns Greenmount? Community Town Hall
Thursday, June 4th, 5:30 to 7pm
Location: The Forge, 3009 Greenmount Ave (on the campus of the old St Johns Church on Old York Road)
Councilwoman Odette Ramos, small business owners, community members, and Baltimore Rapid Response Network have organized a town hall meeting with city agencies to discuss problems small business owners and neighbors are having with commercial buildings in disrepair and with vacant commercial buildings on Greenmount Ave. Light refreshments will be provided.

DPW gave us an additional dumpster day for Saturday, May 30th
Dumpster will arrive at Independence and Gorsuch between 7 and 9am and will stay for 4 hours.
permitted items- household trash, furniture, small appliances
not allowed- Large appliances (washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves), hazardous materials (batteries, paint, chemicals), tires, construction debris
The city is now bringing Group Violence Reduction Strategy to the Northern Police District. They are holding an information session at 6 p.m. tomorrow, May 7th, at the Bit Center (a.k.a the former parish house of St. John’s church), 3009 Greenmout Ave. See attached flyer for more info.

Pick up some trash on your block/alley/vacant lot and get rid of old personal items cluttering your basement! Bring waste to city dumpsters that will be in our neighborhood on the following days this season:
Saturday, May 2nd- Gorsuch and Ellerslie
Saturday, July 11th- 700 block of 30th Street
Dumpster will arrive between 7 and 9am and will stay for 4 hours.

Mark your calendar! On the following Saturdays in 2020, City dumpsters will be available for community cleanup. Dumpsters typically arrive in the morning and are available for a limited amount of time. Note that the city has cancelled all dumpster at this time because of the pandemic.
